Instructor Use & Licensing Agreement

1. Scope and Purpose

This Instructor Use & Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of all instructor and teaching companion materials ("Materials") associated with Leading Under Pressure: Building Strength, Clarity, and Control in High-Pressure Leadership by Dr. Lovetta A. Sebbern, published and distributed by Relentless Connection ("Licensor"). By requesting, downloading, purchasing, or using any Materials, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant — Individual Use Only

Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials solely for the Licensee's own individual instructional, educational, or training purposes in connection with the book Leading Under Pressure.

This license is granted to the individual who requested or purchased the Materials. It does not extend to any employer, institution, organization, department, agency, or any other person or entity.

3. Prohibited Uses

Licensee may not, without prior written consent from Licensor:

• Share, distribute, forward, or transmit the Materials to any other person, colleague, trainer, or employee
• Upload, post, or make the Materials available on any shared drive, intranet, learning management system, or public platform
• Use the Materials for organization-wide, department-wide, or institutional training without an Organizational License
• Reproduce, copy, or reprint the Materials in whole or in part for distribution
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Materials or any rights under this Agreement
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the Materials

4. Organizational and Institutional Use

If you represent an organization, agency, department, company, or institution and wish to use the Materials for multiple trainers, facilitators, or employees — or for organization-wide training programs — you must obtain a separate Organizational License from Relentless Connection.

5. Intellectual Property

All Materials, including but not limited to the Leadership Pathway Method™, D.A.R.E.R.S.™ framework, discussion guides, assessment tools, slide decks, and supplemental content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Lovetta A. Sebbern and Relentless Connection. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Licensor.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Materials and destroy all copies in their possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Licensee's use of the Materials, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.
